The Working Group is the leadership team of the Open Mobile Consortium. The role of the Working Group is to provide:

• Overall strategic direction of the OMC
• Implementation of key pilots using OMC tools
• Donor engagement, donor advocacy, and fundraising
• Community engagement and publicity
• Communications and outreach to community and technical groups
